The name, briefly
Why velvet?
Velvet is soft to the touch. It evokes warmth, comfort and the feeling of being held — qualities that matter especially during pregnancy and early parenthood. It also speaks to the heart of my approach: helping you become softer with yourself.
I'm Vanessa, an AHPRA-registered psychologist and mother, specialising in perinatal mental health.
